“I recently met with Mr. Martin to review a trust I had prepared by a paralegal 2 years ago. Mr. Martin explained that the trust was now a legal document and was signed by a notary correctly, but it had so many mistakes that it could easily be challenged. He also looked at the grant deed prepared by the paralegal to put my home in the trust and found that the grantor area of the deed was done wrong too.
